Ferdy Murphy`s tough performer Paddy`s Return will bid to repeat his victory - gained three years ago - in the Grande Course de Haies de Cagnes at Cagnes-sur-Mer on Tuesday.

Paddy`s Return is set to face 10 rivals in the Riviera feature, which is run over an extended two miles and five furlongs.

Adrian Maguire`s mount may have most to fear from Bombardier Noir, trained by Jean-Paul Gallorini, plus Stodoun and Satin Car.

Murphy`s runner warmed up for his French assignment by taking the Sporting Index Select Chase over the cross country course at Cheltenham last month.
